Engineering
There are currently over 50 standard models and capacities of Gregory Explosion Proof Forklifts designed by Excalibur Equipment Leasing. The Engineering Department is called upon regularly to customize one of these models to fit special applications and specifications. These modifications, engineering designs and cost projections are performed usually within 48 hours.
Technical Services
Excalibur Equipment Leasing provides a technical advisory staff of eight employees directly involved with the manufacturing of Gregory product. Technical and engineering questions are directed to engineers, plant supervisors, technical service managers, and executive personnel who provide immediate assistance. Our technical advisors have 150 years of combined experience in the material handling industry.
Parts
Over the past 5 years, the Factory Parts Department has shipped 99.4% of all parts orders within 24 hours of receipt. This excludes special order items such as batteries, chargers, attachments, masts and forks. These items are historically shipped anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
Demonstrations
Arrangements can be made to visit our offices and production facility in Fairfield, NJ. Since each forklift is custom designed and built, visits are schedule according to the production schedule of particular models.
