The company D. Bader Söhne GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1930, and has been producing industrial trucks, in addition to series and special devices, under the brand name BAKA since 1959.

65 staff are employed at the company headquarters in Stuttgart, and a further 30 staff at the works in Bangalore (India).
The main focus of activities is the construction and production of industrial trucks which are designed to customer-specific requirements.
