2025年8月18日，亿迈齿轮2024G的12名学徒来到中德双元制职业教育产业园中德培训中心进行为期一周的车间标准化、6S、TPM、安全隐患排除等作业。

On 18 August 2025, twelve 2024G apprentices from IMS Gear arrived at the Sino-German Training Centre for a week-long programme covering workshop standardisation, 6S methodology, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and hazard identification and mitigation. 

第一天到达培训中心，学徒们立刻着手对培训车间进行观察并寻找需要改进的地方。学徒们通过观察后整理改善任务清单，开会讨论整改方案。他们分成4个小组对找到的问题进行整改作业，例如：处理钳工桌和设备锋利的边缘，添加设备标识，设备操作作业指导书，物品摆放标准化作业等等。

Upon arriving at the training center on the first day, the apprentices immediately began observing the training workshop and identifying areas for improvement. After their observations, they compiled a list of improvement tasks and held meetings to discuss corrective action plans. Divided into four teams, they addressed the identified issues through corrective work, such as: smoothing sharp edges on machinist benches and equipment, adding equipment labels, creating equipment operation manuals, and standardizing item placement procedures.

在现场整改的过程中，学徒们不断沟通、交流，去确认整改方案的可实施性和准确性，在不明确时也会及时与培训师进行讨论，找到最佳方案。

During the on-site rectification process, apprentices continuously communicated and exchanged ideas to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the rectification plan. When uncertainties arose, they promptly discussed with trainers to identify the optimal solution.

每天下午，在一天整改工作的收尾阶段，学徒们会开会分享自己的经验和工作进度，互相给出建议。

Every afternoon, as the day's rectification work drew to a close, the apprentices gathered for a meeting to share their experiences and work progress, offering each other suggestions.

在本次的社会实践中，学徒们感受到了自身的价值，将自己所学习的知识在实际的场景中得到了应用，夯实了基础技能。

During this social practice, the apprentices gained a sense of their own value, applied the knowledge they had learned in real-world scenarios, and solidified their foundational skills.
