A reach truck is a lift truck used in storehouses to move pallets from and into the pallet racks, it is mainly used for internal pallet transport.

A reach truck with a retracted mast is shorter than a counterbalance truck and thus has a smaller turning circle. Optionally, a reach truck can be equipped with a pantograph or hydraulic forks in order to push the load forward even further. This is perfect, for example, for double-deep stacking of cargo.
